Definition
The installation facts can be distinguised between with a view to CRM productsas follows:
- Facts that are defined by a CRM product, such as discounts
- Facts that do not relate to a CRM product, such as customer-specific facts like connection values or facts for installations to which no CRM product is allocated.
For facts that are defined by a CRM product, you must use operands where the product-related operand field is selected. As a result, this prevents manual maintenance of the facts. It ensures that the facts always have a value specified by the CRM product. Changes to these facts are only possible by a product change.
