Use
When dealing with required resources (values X or *), you can specify a priority to determine the order in which resources are allocated during business event planning.
When a business event is being planned, the system first reads the resource types required by the corresponding event type. If you specify a priority, you instruct the system the order in which it should seek resources of these resource types. These would usually be resources that are most often in short supply (critical) or ones that are absolutely essential (rooms or overhead projectors, for instance).
