Definition

Status that shows whether the production version data at the time of the last check was consistent with the assigned bill of material alternative as well as the assigned routings/master recipes.

To ensure consistency, a planning version must fulfill the following conditions:

• The routings/recipes and bill of material alternatives contained in the planning version exist for the entire validity period of the planning version.
• They have not been set for deletion.
• The material for the production version is assigned to the routings/ master recipes.
• The lot size area for the production version is contained in the lot size area for the routings/recipes and bill of material alternative.

This is valid for all change statuses for routings/recipes and bill of material alternatives that are in the validity period for the production version.

Dependencies

A production version is not automatically locked in the case of a negative check result. You can, however, manually set the lock indicator.
