Procedure

Set the indicator A if a certificate has been applied for which stipulates that the material does not require a license for import or export.

Set the indicator B if a certificate exists which stipulates that the material does not require a license for import or export. In addition, enter the number and issuing date of the certificate in the respective fields.

Set the indicator C if the application for a certificate has been rejected for this material.

Leave the field blank if the material requires an import or export license.

Use

During export control, if the indicator B has been set and the date of issue and number of the certificate have been entered, the system determines that the material does not require an export license.
