Definition
Number of sample devices for the first drawing.
If the lot is an official lot, the number is defined by legal requirements. The prescribed number is stored as a system parameter per division category and certification indicator of the lot. To increase the probability of acceptance, sampling plans for larger lots can be applied to smaller lots.
