Documentation
Definition
Value which controls posting during POS inbound processing.
Use
The values used are as follows:
- ' ' or 'F'
Repeat inbound processing for area - '1': reversal
The system repeats inbound processing for an area. By using the appropriate movement types, posting keys and by changing the plus and minus signs etc., you can have the system reverse the postings in the original document. - '2': Refused
This area is excluded from inbound processing. These WPTST records are not deleted by the inbound processing program. - '4': Manual processing of refused documents
This area was refused by the system during POS inbound processing because of checks. The area was reset for processing, however, by another user. The posting process is identical for values ' ' and '4'. The checks, which originally lead to the area being refused, can however be used to define that a user wants to process an area, by using value '4'. If this is the case, checks are sometimes not executed.
If an error occurs during reprocessing, the area is initially refused after the error has been corrected and must then be processed manually once again.
