Documentation
Definition
The automatic search for a purchase order item as a suitable reference for a goods receipt item can be influenced using the selection options for this field. Material numbers and stores are fixed search criteria. Other criteria can be used as additional restrictions and they are added step-by-step:
- General search using material numbers and stores only
- Purchase order number
The search is complete if at least one suitable purchase order item was found. If not, the search continues using the next criterion. You can exit your search using the Customizing setting if the search for a criterion is unsuccessful.
