Define selection parameters for searching for a suitable purchase order item for the goods receipt item you wish to enter.
The selection parameter for purchasing document searches serves as a filter. You can assign individual conditions for selecting purchasing documents to the selection parameter via Customizing.
To guarantee downward compatibility with previous releases, the selection parameter for purchase order searches is not used if a purchase order number is clearly stated in the IDoc.
