Definition
It is often necessary to reorganize line items during the fiscal year. If you want to do this, you can enter a period here for which the line items are to be reorganized. If you make an entry in this field, this means that the summary records will also be archived, but will not be deleted in the same program run. This avoids any inconsistencies. You could otherwise delete summary records for which there are line items which have not been deleted.
