Definition
The composite rate is always determined by the system in the input tax adjustment phase as follows: it is assumed that the current option rate is valid for the subsequent months until the end of the calendar year. The formula using the option rates is then created.
Example:
The input tax adjustment phase only begins on October 1.
In October the option rate is 80%, in November it is 50%. The composite rate calculated for November is
(80%+50%+50%)/3 = 60%.
