Use

This field is used to determine the share of service charges that are paid by the owner or that are posted to the rental unit.

Enter this share (percentage rate). The remaining share is paid by the owner (the tenant's share and the owner's share must total 100%).

Dependencies

The field is only valid for settlement types Advance payment and Final settlement.

The percentage rate is ignored in the external heating expenses settlement.
