Definition
If the EAN category is used to manage fresh produce EANs (for example, weight EANs), that is, if the number range object is EANGEWICHT or EANGEWICH5, you must enter the appropriate EAN prefix here.
Use
Procedure
If you specify 2 as the check-digit algorithm for fresh produce EANs and weight EANs with a company-specific article number, or 3, 4, or 5 for fresh produce EANs and weight EANs with a SAN, you must also specify the EAN prefix of the relevant EANs. For fresh produce EANs, the standard CCG EANs contain the prefix 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, or 29.
