Use
This displays the name and location of the default profile DEFAULT.PFL.
If you want to assign the same value to all application servers (for example the name of the database server where the message server is running), enter this name in the default profile.
The name of the default profile is always DEFAULT.PFL and cannot be changed. This profile is found, along with all other profiles, in the global profile directory of the SAP system.

Here, you see the start profile that is currently in effect for each instance. Shown here are profiles that have been activated by way of the profile maintenance function - transaction RZ10.
If this field is blank, then the instance has been defined with a "native" start profile, one that has been created directly in the host file system, and which has not been activated with the profile maintenance transaction.

Here, you see the instance profile (system profile) that is currently in use in configuring the instance. Only instance profiles that have been activated by way of the profile maintenance function (transaction RZ10) are shown.

Procedure
Enter the name of the start profile or system profile that you wish to display or edit. Press F4 to choose from among the profiles that have been imported into the SAP System.
"Native profiles" -- those that were directly created in the host file system -- are not available for display or editing until they have been imported.
