Definition

Upper limit (expressed as percentage) for the business volume comparison of period conditions. Above this value, the system issues a warning.

Dependencies

• The limit value is a percentage of the total updated business volume (not compared).
• You assign the business volume comparison type to the arrangement type in Customizing.

Use

• By defining this limit value, you can prevent possible data entry errors in the business volume comparison.
• If the field is blank, the system does not check the value entered for the business volume comparison for period conditions, and does not issue a warning.
• If you enter a value of 100%, the system issues a warning for any values higher than the total updated business volume.

Example

The total updated business volume is 100,000 USD.
The upper warning limit for partial settlement is 150 %.
The system issues a warning if the business volume comparison is 150,000 USD or more.
