Documentation

Definition

Earliest start date for a business event.

Dependencies

The default start date for the planning period is the current date. You specify the planning period in Customizing in the step Control Elements.

Supplementary Documentation - PEBEGUZ 0001

Use

You can enter the start time of a substitution record here.

If you define a substitution with individual daily work schedule (also known as a time substitution) overrides the employee's work schedule.

The exception is if you also specify a position in combination with a time. If you do so, you can store substitutions on a hourly basis, which then do not override the employee's work schedule.

Supplementary Documentation - PEBEGUZ 0002

Use

In this field you enter the start time of the availability record.

Depending on the availability type concerned, the times you enter are interpreted differently. As a rule, the times specified apply to every day of the validity period. In the special case of on-call duty, the times specified do not refer to a time range, but specify the start and end times of the complete on-call duty.

Procedure

Examples

1. Time range
Validity period: 02.Jan.1996 - 04.Jan.1996
Time: 10:00 - 17:00 o'clock
The employee is on call every day of the period, from 10:00 - 17.00 o'clock.

2. On call duty
Validity period: 05.Jan.1995 - 08.Jan.1995
Time: 17:00 - 08:00 o'clock
The employee is on call over the weekend from Friday, 17:00 to Monday, 08:00 o'clock.

Dependencies

Supplementary Documentation - PEBEGUZ 0003

Use

In combination with the End Time field, the Start Time field specifies a time period in which a clock-in entry should lie in order to be selected during dynamic daily work schedule assignment for the daily work schedule specified.

Supplementary Documentation - PEBEGUZ 0004

Use

Start time of a partial day absence.
