Definition
Discount limit in percent up to which no discount accrued or distribution of discounts taken over the term of a loan can be made.
If the discount arranged is below the discount accrued limit, the full discount amount can be credited during posting to a revenue account. If the discount is above the limit you have to post a respective part to the revenue account in accordance with accruals/deferrals regulations.
