Definition

Shows the number of kanban containers needed to cover material requirements due to the replenishment lead time.

Use

The system calculates this value on the basis of the replenishment lead time (without safety factor and without buffer).

Dependencies

You can specify the replenishment lead time as follows:

  • In the material master
  • In the control cycle, in the Replenishment Lead Time (Days) or Replenishment Lead Time (Hours:Minutes) field on the Kanban Calculation tab page.
  • In the control cycle on the Kanban Calculation tab page, by specifying the details of the replenishment lead time (refill time, wait time, transportation time)
