Data is updated in Profit Center Accounting with the help of the component FI-SL Special Purpose Ledgers. To set up Profit Center Accounting in a controlling area, a ledger must have been generated and activated. The explanation of how to do this is contained in chapter Ledger settings in the implementation guidelines.
