Definition
Determines how the source wage type should be distributed to the target wage types.
Dependencies
You use a distribution method for a certain distribution basis.
Example
You have specified a personnel assignment's share of a concurrently employed person's planned working time as a distribution basis.
You can, for example, choose percentage distribution as a distribution method. Using this method, the system distributes the source wage type to the individual personnel assignments by percentage and takes into account how high each percentage share of the total planned working time is.
However, you can also choose a distribution method whereby SAP R/3 distributes the total amount of the source wage type to the personnel assignment that has the highest percentage share of the total planned working time.
