Definition
In this field you define the number of hours which constitute one full work day. If an employee works at least the number of hours you define in this field, and goes home sick on this day, then the beginning date of the illness will be shifted to the next day. If the employee works fewer hours than the number of hours entered in this field, then the day he or she goes home sick is counted as a full day absent.
