Definition
In this field you define the time gap between unrelated absences (ie. an absence period for the flu and an absence period for a broken leg). For example, if the number of days (calendar or work) between the end date of the employee's first absence and the begin date of the employee's second absences is the same or greater than the number you enter in this field, then the two absences are considered two separate absences.
