In this field you enter a date for which the system checks for employees on short or long-term disability leave, depending on the absence type you specify in Monitoring criteria.
Example
If you enter 03/31/99 in this field and the short-term disability absence type in the Absence type field, then the STD/LTD Status Report will display all employees absent from work on short-term disability on this date.
