Documentation

Definition

This function lets you cancel data which already exists in Profit Center Accounting before you post data manually. This function can only be used for data created in or after Release 3.0.

In addition, you must have line items in Profit Center Accounting to use this function. If you do not have line items, you may wind up with double postings if you repeat the data transfer.

The documents which already exist in Profit Center Accounting are cancelled out by a cancellation line item, and then transferred again. This lets you obtain a record of the repeated transfer in the information system.

Supplementary Documentation - PC_STORNO 0001

Use

Cancellation flag for transfer of plan data to Profit Center Accounting.

Procedure

Whether or not you select this will depend on the following:

  • If you wish to transfer plan data for the second time, you need to cancel the previously transferred data beforehand.
  • If no plan data exists for the selection criteria entered, you do not need to cancel existing data.
  • If you want to add the data transferred to existing data which was planned directly, do not select cancellation.
