Definition

Date on which attendance was booked.

Use

The booking date is usually the current date.

Exceptions:

  1. When you transfer a waiting-list booking in status 1 for rebooking (as displayed by report RHUMBU00 or when you transfer a prebooking to be firmly booked, the original date of this booking or prebooking is taken.
  2. If the attendee has already been booked on the required business event, the date of the existing booking is taken.
  3. If 1. and 2. apply, the older value is taken as the booking date.

The corresponding screen field is only shown if the booking date is different from the current date. The field does not accept input in this case.

Use

This field contains the date on which an attendee is booked for a business event.

If the relationship displayed is a canceled booking (that is, an archived cancellation), the field contains the cancellation date.
