Definition
If your system administrator has activated partner synchronization in Customizing for the equipment category, partner data is displayed in the fields of the equipment master record that make reference to the vendor, customer and so on. You cannot enter data in these fields directly. Maintenance of the data can only be performed using the partner data.
If no partner data is available, you can enter data in the fields in the usual way.
Use
If the indicator is set, partner synchronization is activated.
