You determine the moving lower tolerance limit using the displacement factor and the gradient factor.

This is done as follows:

Tolerance factor = -1 * (expected consumption * gradient factor) + displacement factor

Lower limit = expected consumption/tolerance factor

Use

Is used for independent validation 07 (moving tolerance limits)
