Definition

The settlement calendar specifies the end points of the individual period conditions, i.e. the scheduled dates for partial settlement, within a rebate arrangement.

For settlement purposes, you can use this parameter to select rebate arrangements requiring partial settlement at certain periodic intervals (e.g. monthly).

Examples

• The standard SAP System includes the settlement calendar "AM" (settlement on a monthly basis). Specifying "AM" will limit the selection of arrangements to those due for settlement at the end of the month.

• If you leave the field empty and mark the selection options "Individual value", "=" all those arrangements that have no settlement calendar will be selected (that is those requiring settlement once only at the end of the arrangement validity period.
