Documentation
Definition
Specifies that requisition items for services to which a framework order has been assigned as the source are to be directly converted into entry sheets.
Use
Closing purchase orders directly through the generation of service entry sheets saves you time and effort in the procurement process, since you eliminate the step of conversion into purchase orders.
This can be especially advantageous in the case of requisitions originating from Plant Maintenance (PM) relating to very urgent repair work, for example.
Procedure
In the standard system, the indicator is set.
If you do not wish entry sheets to be generated directly, set the indicator to '_'.
