Tolerance period in days within which purchase orders have to be sent for info records so that the system will classify the record as "active" and

• consider the vendor declaration indicator during aggregation
• issue a letter during a dunning run

For this field, you can specify a default value for the plant in Customizing for preferences (control data on vendor declarations).

If you do not specify a default value or enter a deviating value during runtime, the deviating value will be used.

Caution: The dunning run or aggregation cannot produce results if you do not specify a default value for this field in Customizing or enter a value during runtime.
