This specifies the tax office number of the payroll office.
Use
The report RPCL16A2 (Pay Slip L16 According to the Income Tax Law [EStG]) uses the number to create the annual L16 form in the information and notification record for the data carrier (field 4 of the record description). It is used when the employer and the payroll office that issues the L16 are not identical.
