You use this indicator to specify which people the system offers in the search help for people:

• If you set this indicator, the system only offers those people who meet the selection criteria and who are assigned to the work center.
• If you do not set this indicator, the system offers every person who meets the selection criteria.

You can set or withdraw this indicator as often as you like when you assign people. This enables you to limit or extend your selection for each individual split. Any assignments you previously made are not influenced by the setting or withdrawing of the indicator.
