Definition
Excise duty licenses can be created as quantity licenses. The license is valid for the maximum quantity that was entered.
Pre-paid licenses are set up with a maximum quantity. They are purchased from customs authorities and valid for the maximum quantity that was entered.
The maximum quantity that can be issued for the license, before a follow-on license is required.
