Documentation
Definition blocked or selected for deletion. 'Blocked' means it is temporarily unavailable for service. Selected for deletion means it will be physically scrapped and will be deleted from the system the next time the reorganization program runs (providing no active shipments exist for the vehicle).
Use
The status controls whether the vehicle can be selected during scheduling or not. If it is blocked or selected for deletion, it cannot be used during scheduling.
