Definition
Specifies whether the driver is available for assignment to a vehicle during scheduling or not.
Use
If a driver is blocked, no assignment can be made during scheduling.
If the driver is 'selected for deletion', then it can be selected from the system, once all shipments in which it is referenced are complete.
