Definition
Customer compatibility groups are used to group customer compatibility indicators. Each customer may have one customer compatibility group.
Use
Customer compatibility groups are used in scheduling when selecting vehicles for shipment. The indicators in the customer compatibility group must be contained within the vehicle compatibility group of the selected vehicle, so that a valid vehicle is assigned.
