The Units of Measure on the call-off orders may be restricted to the value(s) specified for the items in the referenced contract.
This defines the type of message produced if the restriction is triggered.
The possible values define what action the system takes:
' ' - No action taken
'E' - Error message - You have to comply with the restriction
'W' - Warning message - You are warned of the violation
'I' - Information messsage - You are informed of the violation
