Definition
This indicator controls the status of the restriction in call-offs. When it is set, the restriction will be applied to all call-offs referenced to the contract. The message type field is used to determine the severity of the message produced. In cases where a call-off is referenced to multiple contracts, the most severe message type is applied for each restriction.
