Definition
The customer contact note is a copy of the note field provided by the ERP system in the customer contact details view. The customer view used corresponds to the role of the partner shown, ie: sold-to party or ship-to party.
The contact person selected is the first entry on the list with Dept. = 'OIL' (in ascending alphabetical order). If such a person does not exist, then a contact note is not selected for display.
