Definition
Total calculated surcharge value in rate determination currency for the formula term item.
If the surcharge currency is different than the rate determination currency, then the surcharge value will be converted using either:
1. The average currency conversion rule (if specified)
or
2. The daily currency conversion rule. In this case, the surcharge is converted on each day of the formula averaging period and the average value is determined.
