Definition
The head office / branch indicator functionality allows the pricing procedure of the head office to be used instead of the standard customer pricing procedure (i.e. that of the branch). This checkbox should therefore be selected if the head office pricing procedure is required for this customer. Pricing procedure determination in both sales orders and invoices is affected by this indicator.
It is also possible to use head office price condition record values in customer-specific price condition types, when creating a sales document with this customer.
Procedure
Turn on the indicator in order to activate head office pricing.
In order to use head office condition records for customer specific price conditions, the access for the customer specific price must be enhanced with a requirement program - 403. This substitutes the head office for the customer before searching for the condition record.
Any subsequent accesses in the same sequence which should find the customer (branch price) must then be enhanced with another requirement program (402), which reverses the substitution of the customer with the head office.
