Definition
The indicator appears on the Formula Value Display screen alongside each item. It specifies whether or not the unit of measure used to calculate the surcharge value has been changed from that originally specified in the formula.
The unit of measure will be substituted where the gross/net indicator (OIGRNET) or the gross/net rule (OIGNRULE) are incompatable with the surcharge unit.
The gross/net indicator is defined in the condition type. When the gross/net indicator is set to 'R', the document line item rule is used.
Example
The gross/net indicator specifies a gross unit, but the surcharge in the formula is defined using a net unit.
In this case, the indicator will be set to 'X', showing that the unit used to calculate the surcharge value was substituted during pricing.
