Documentation
Definition
The indicator appears on the formula value display screen alongside each quotation. It specifies whether or not the unit of measure used to calculate the quotation value has been changed from that originally specified within the quotation.
The unit of measure will be substituted where the gross/net indicator (OIGRNET) or the gross/net rule (OIGNRULE) are incompatable with the quotation unit of measure.
The gross/net indicator is defined in the quotation. When the gross/net indicator is set to 'R', the document line item rule is used.
Example
The gross/net indicator specifies a gross unit, but the quotation is defined using a net unit.
In this case, the indicator is set to 'X', showing that the unit used to calculate the quotation value was substituted during pricing.
