Definition
This field is used as one of two possible ways to determine the quotation average period. It determines whether the "event date" (the reference date or offset reference date) is included or not in determining the start and end of the average period.
The other way of determining the average period is to fix the start and end dates using the 'fix date from' and 'fix date to' fields.
