Documentation
Definition
This field contains the sum of all converted daily surcharge rates, which are based on the combination of currency, pricing unit, and unit of measure used to calculate the average surcharge rate.
This field is only used and filled in the case of rate-based Formula and Average evaluation (new since release 4.6B).
The surcharge (which is effectively a rate) becomes day dependent, if the surcharge is converted from one currency to another currency and if the currency exchange rates used for that conversion change within the different days of a period used in the evaluation.
If no currency conversion is performed, the surcharges are the same for every day of the used period. The average surcharge is in that case also equal to the surcharge.
Example
You specify the surcharge 20,000 ITL / TO for a 3 days quotation period.
If this surcharge should be is converted to USD on a daily basis, you get the 3 daily surcharge rates :
10.00 USD / (1 TO)
11.00 USD / (1 TO)
9.87 USD / (1 TO)
The sum of the 3 daily surcharge rates is:
10.00 + 11.00 + 9.87 = 30.87
[all values in USD / (1 TO)]
This field contains the value '30.87000000000000', which represents an accurate and intermediate calculation result with a fixed number of 14 decimals.
