Definition

This field contains the converted daily surcharge rate, which uses the combination of currency, pricing unit, and unit of measure to calculate the average surcharge rate.

This field is only used and filled in the case of rate-based Formula and Average evaluation (new since release 4.6B).

The surcharge (which is effectively a rate) becomes day dependent, if the surcharge is converted from one currency to another currency and if the currency exchange rates used for that conversion change within the different days of a period used in the evaluation.

If no currency conversion is performed the surcharges are the same for every day of the used period. The average surcharge is in that case also equal to the surcharge.

Example

You specify the surcharge (rate) 20,000 ITL / (1 TO) for a 3 days quotation period.

The average surcharge rate should be calculated in the quotation currency USD.

Therefore the daily surcharge rate for day X has to be converted by multiplying it with the ITL -> USD currency exchange rate, which is 2000 ITL = 1 USD in this example:

not converted daily surcharge rate for date X: 20,000 ITL / (1 TO)

curreny exchange rate: 2000 ITL = 1 USD

converted daily surcharge (rate) for date X: 10.00 USD / (1 TO)

This field contains the value '10.00000000000000', which represents an accurate and intermediate calculation result with a fixed number of 14 decimals.
