Definition

When product is loaded, the system makes a quantity assignment from a delivery note to the corresponding quantity schedule.

Delivery to a customer does not take place using product from the company's own stock, but uses stock from an exchange partner´s site. The system ensures that the quantity for the delivery can be delivered by checking all contracts that exist with the exchange partners.

Therefore, if the delivery note for the end-customer (service station) is assigned to a purchasing document, the system updates the qty.schedule for the purchasing document based on the delivered quantity.
