Definition
Key which uniquely identifies an organizer in the SAP system.
Use
The following keys can be entered depending on the business event type:
- a numerical key with a maximum of 8 characters (in the case of organizational units and companies)
- a customer number (in the case of customers)

Procedure
Enter an organizer. There are various ways to do this depending on the business event type.
- Enter a search string (abbreviation for the organizer), or
- click on the down arrow at the end of the field and make a selection from the list displayed, or
- enter the key for the organizer directly.
