Definition
A change process can have the following status:
The status open is set so long as not all of the change steps have been carried out or are marked as Do not execute.
The status complete is set automatically by the system as soon as all the change steps are executed or marked as Do not execute.
The status complete can be set manually if the change process has been carried out completely.
