In this field, you can enter the number of resources of a resource type that is required for the specific event you are planning.
The default entry in this field is taken from the value stored for the resource type in the 'Availability Indicators' infotype (1023) under 'Amount Available' (resources per business event/attendee).
Use
If you enter a value here, you can override if required the general resource requirement stored for the business event type for a specific planning transaction.
