Use
Here you can specify selection criteria for the current departmental assignment of a case.
The current department of a case is taken from the last movement of the case with the status 'Actual'. Absences and discharges are not taken account.
Procedure
If you only want to select cases of a particular department, specify one or more departments here.

Use
Here you can assign a building unit (e.g. a room or bed location) to a department.
The assignment to a department is required in the bed planning function so that in the case of inter-departmental assignment, the system offers all bed locations available to a department for assignment.
You are not required to maintain the field if a building unit is uniquely assigned to a department via the nursing or treatment organizational unit.
Procedure
To do this, please enter a valid departmental organizational unit.
